Studio Policies

At Flow Within Massage, we view our appointments as a shared commitment. Your therapist reserves this time specifically for your healing and growth. To ensure we can continue providing a high level of care to all our clients, we observe the following guidelines:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• The 24-Hour Rule: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. This allows us enough time to offer the opening to another client who may be in need of care.

• Late Changes: Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or "no-showed" with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full rate of the scheduled service.

• The "Fill the Gap" Exception: We value your time and our own. If we are able to fill your late-cancelled time slot with another client, we will happily waive your cancellation fee. The sooner you let us know, the better the chance we can fill that space!

• Emergencies: We understand that life is unpredictable. Fees may be waived at our discretion in the event of a true emergency or sudden illness.

Arrivals & Punctuality

• Grounded Starts: To get the most out of your session, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle into the space.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will still provide treatment for the remaining duration of your scheduled time. However, to respect the clients booked after you, we cannot extend sessions beyond their original end time. The full service fee will apply.

Reminders & Responsibility

• As a courtesy, our system sends automated text and email reminders. However, please maintain your own record of your appointment time. We are unable to waive fees due to missed notifications or technical delivery issues.
